Privacy policy
This policy covers llaizy.com and the llaizy account you sign in with, including sign-in codes sent by text message. "llaizy", "we" and "us" mean Llaizy, the operator of llaizy.com. You can reach us at human@llaizy.com.
Your mobile number is never sold or shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or any other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect
When you visit llaizy.com
The site uses no trackers, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our server keeps ordinary request logs (time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
When you sign in
Sign-in runs on our own Authentik server at auth.llaizy.com. It stores your account details (name, email address, the sign-in methods you set up) and sets a sign-in cookie on llaizy.com so you stay signed in.
When you turn on sign-in codes by text
- Your mobile phone number.
- A record of your consent: when you gave it, the wording you agreed to (by version), the page you used, the account you were signed in with (if any) and your browser type.
- Delivery records for each text we send (time, destination number, whether it was delivered).
How we use it
We use your mobile number only to send you the messages you asked for: one-time sign-in and verification codes, and replies to HELP and STOP. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not use your number for anything else.
We use your account details to sign you in and to keep your account secure, and request logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose:
- SMTP2GO delivers our text messages. It receives your mobile number and the text of each message, and uses them only to deliver those messages. It does not receive your opt-in record.
- Our hosting provider stores the servers that run llaizy.com and auth.llaizy.com.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users and our service.
How long we keep it
We keep your mobile number while text sign-in codes are on for your account. When you reply STOP or remove the number, we stop texting it at once and delete the number from your account. We keep the consent record and the opt-out for up to four years after that, so we can show when consent was given and withdrawn. Request logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Access, correct or delete: write to human@llaizy.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Security
Traffic to llaizy.com and auth.llaizy.com is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to consent records and account data is limited to the people who run the service.
Children
llaizy is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your mobile number, we will ask for your consent again before it applies to you.
