Terms and conditions
These terms apply to llaizy.com, your llaizy account and the llaizy sign-in codes text program. "llaizy", "we" and "us" mean Llaizy. By using the site or turning on text codes, you agree to them.
1. Using llaizy
llaizy.com describes our products and lets you sign in to your llaizy account. You agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with it or with other people's use of it, and not to try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
Our products are free. We may change, pause or stop any part of them.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and codes to yourself. Never share a sign-in code with anyone: we will never ask you for one. Tell us at human@llaizy.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. llaizy sign-in codes by text (SMS terms)
- Program: llaizy sign-in codes. When you turn it on at llaizy.com/sms, we text one-time codes to your mobile number so you can verify the number and sign in to your llaizy account.
- Message type: account security messages only: sign-in and verification codes, and replies to HELP and STOP. No marketing or promotional messages.
- Frequency: varies. You get one message each time you sign in or verify your number, and nothing when you don't.
- Cost: llaizy does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then nothing more. To join again, reply START or turn text codes on again at llaizy.com/sms.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or write to human@llaizy.com.
- Optional: text codes are optional, and you do not need them to use any llaizy product.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we handle your number as our privacy policy describes. We never sell or share it for marketing.
4. What we and others own
The llaizy name, site and products belong to Llaizy. What you put into our products stays yours.
5. No warranty
llaizy is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running but cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Text messages can be delayed or lost by carriers.
6. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Llaizy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of llaizy, and our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending use
You can stop using llaizy at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change affects the text program, we will tell you before it applies.
